Indigo Cow serves Hokkaido-style soft serve made with milk from Iwase Farm in Sunagawa, Hokkaido, offered as Hokkaido milk, seasonal flavors or a swirl, in cups or waffle cones. Toppings include house-made fruit sauces, Theo dark chocolate and shiratama with kuromitsu and kinako. Founder Keisuke (Kay) Kobayashi grew up in Hokkaido, and the soft serve is gluten-free.
